Stairway Resource Center is a Southern California IOP located in the heart of Woodland Hills. Our team of experts is dedicated to the healing and life skills support for adults suffering from substance abuse disorders, as well as, psychiatric, and mental health issues.

Stairway Resource Center in conjunction with Stairway Recovery strives to provide each client with superior addiction recovery services in a compassionate, evidence-based treatment environment on an individualized level to make a measurable difference in the health of individuals we serve.

Our mission is to provide state of the art treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders that is individualized and successful. Our program is employed with a distinguished team of mental health professionals, who focus on the whole person using an evidence-based treatment, neuroscience, and holistic healing.

WHAT WE DO.
Our 30 to 60-day inpatient program takes place in a community setting, which assists each individual to make positive changes in their life, increasing their abilities to live drug and alcohol-free. Participants will connect with other recovering people who are part of the community. Stairway's multidisciplinary treatment team uses a structured program, based on 12-Step recovery principles, proven medical and evidence-based models.

Marc has over 25 years of treatment and recovery experience. He found his passion within the industry and he has been giving back what he has learned, with immense enthusiasm, since the beginning of his personal journey. He is leading the operations team but also the Programs Director providing oversight to the clinical team ensuring every client receives the highest level of care.
Marc has his RADT-1, he has studied Business Management at John Carroll University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from New York University, he has studied abroad in Moscow, Russia at the Shepkin Institute and the Maley Theatre, Circle in the Square, Broadway Theatre, he has performed in several productions in NY and LA. is an Emmy Award-winning Producer and a working actor.
Marc has co-founded several theatre art groups and is the Owner/Founder of “AIR” Acting In Recovery, a Creative Therapeutic Healing Modality consisting of acting exercises, daily life skills, and the Twelve Steps.
Marc believes when a person can learn to “Live in the now, free of fear” they can find their true selves. This is just one of his rare and unique gifts he has been bringing to people, who are struggling with addiction and mental health challenges.
For more than 12+ years, Marc has been the Director of Operations overseeing luxury facilities throughout Malibu and Beverly Hills. He has overseen five locations at one time, teaching him how to balance not only the success of a business but its clients.
Prior to this, he has owned several successful businesses as well as, holding roles in the treatment industry as an Executive Marketing Director, Director of Business Development, and Admissions Director.
He has also worked as an independent Interventionist supporting families and their loved ones.

Michael is an avid and successful entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in various industries including; entertainment, production, retail consumer goods, and transitional residential programs and multi-unit housing facilities.
He is highly driven by his commitment and passion to help others who are in need of recovery and has been helping people to achieve their goals for several years with tremendous success, his reputation is well known within the treatment community and amongst those persons whose lives trying to achieve sobriety.
Michael oversees the daily operations of Stairway Recovery Homes the partner of Stairway Resource Center, located in Southern California. Stairway Recovery has nine residential homes and houses over 100 persons. Not only do the people in the Stairway Recovery community stay sober, but they are also able to create new meaningful relationships and lives that they never thought possible.
Michael’s vision has become a reality, manifested by the rebuilt lives and realized dreams of the people he serves.

Travis is an avid businessman with over nine years of recovery. He found a way to combine his love of sobriety with his expertise in addiction treatment.
He began doing business with his best friend Michael Lynch several years ago.
The two have always held the same drive and compassion to help people find a new way of living, a life free of drugs and alcohol, by giving them the skills they will need to navigate their new journey. This, of course, can be extremely challenging for most people and statistically, most don’t make it.
Travis manages Stairway Recovery Homes a multi-location sober living facility assisting persons who have a sincere desire to remain clean and sober, the facility teaches them life and recovery skills, introduces a 12-Step community and transitions each person with a plan for their transition from the housing facility into their new life.
C.F.O | Administration Manager
Janette leads the administration team at Stairway Resource Center, she also oversees the business's financial functions.
Janette brings over 15 years of experience in health care finance and medical management and has previously owned and operated a medical practice in Irvine, Ca.
Janette’s management experience focuses on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity and is committed to maximizing long-term corporate growth and expansion while maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency that Stairways is known for.

Ken has been in the field of treatment since 2000.
Ken began his career at Impact House in Pasadena, California as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Ken recognized the need to gain education and experience to help those in the recovery process and completed a certificate program in Alcohol and Drug Studies. As a result, he was certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor by the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Educators. He continued his education and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management and a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Ken is licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist. He is also certified as a Master’s level addiction counselor with the Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California.
Throughout Ken’s career path in treatment, he has worked in various assignments, including special populations with Los Angeles Drug Court, HIV/AIDS, Dual Diagnosis, and San Bernardino Mental Health Court.
Ken was employed as a Program Manager for a San Diego County Contract Agency overseeing the Forensic ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) and Homeless ACT programs prior to accepting the position with Kaiser Permanente.
Ken has been employed with Kaiser Permanente since 2015 as a Clinical Case Manager specializing with Chronic Severe Mental Illness and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Ken was promoted in 2017 to Clinical Program Manager II with Kaiser San Bernardino Mental Health.
Ken will be providing oversight of the clinicians who are facilitating therapeutic services to the clients of Stairway.
